Amazing News!

I’m thrilled to share the great news that Matters of the Heart was just approved to be part of the state-wide suggested reading list for the state of Connecticut! This came about as a result of two extraordinary teachers who are currently heading up a book club at their Connecticut high school. These teachers received great feedback from the participating students and decided to recommend the book be included as part of the reading list for the state of Connecticut. The state’s theme this year is “Catch the Reading Bug,” and the focus for teen books is on “metamorphosis.” The high school teachers felt that Matters of the Heart definitely touched upon the metamorphosis theme (but of the “internal, self-discovery kind”). Needless to say, I am beyond happy. As many of you may know by now, my goal is to have Matters of the Heart book clubs all over the nation, and having the book be part of a state-wide reading list is just part of this goal! Wishing all of you the very best and reminding you to…
Open your heart to what really matters…
