Alene Too Book Signing Event … and Pictures!

On April 30^th “girls” of all ages gathered at Alene Too, an amazing boutique in Boca Raton, for an all-day Matters of the Heart book signing event. The day was a lot of fun, and I got to meet and speak with some wonderful women and girls. Events like these give me the great opportunity to talk one-on-one with mothers and daughters who feel that they can use a “bit more help” when it comes to the challenging teen years. Although I know my book does not offer the answers to all the difficulties teen girls face, I do believe it offers relief and help, and an empowering and refreshing voice compared to what’s out there. The bottom line is this: as women – regardless of our age (although the earlier the better!) – we need to be better at tuning-in to our inner voice… The answers, often times, are within. I know there are endless pressures to look and behave a certain way in order to be considered “cool.” Ask yourself, is it worth it? Or better yet, are you worth it? And as always, remember to…
